Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to introduce kids (ages 7–12) to the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. At Bold City CrossFit, we focus on building strength, coordination, and teamwork—all while helping kids develop a love for being active.
Through age-appropriate movements and games, kids will learn the basics of CrossFit in a way that promotes confidence, discipline, and good sportsmanship. Whether your child is a natural athlete or new to fitness, they’ll have a blast while improving their overall health and fitness!
